Career Criminal Trial Lawyer
Before joining forces with Ms. Fore, Mr. Pribble spent 14 years honing his craft as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County, Florida where he defended thousands of criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder. During those years, he worked in the trial courts and in the appellate division, as well as being intimately involved in the training of the many lawyers in the office, especially in the areas of cross-examination and impeachment. As the Chief of Major Crimes for several years, Mr. Pribble tried numerous murder cases, including some of Palm Beach County's highest-profile death penalty cases.
Throughout his entire career, he has done nearly 80 jury trials to verdict, yet some of the most significant victories have been the favorable resolutions achieved before trial or even before criminal charges get filed by the prosecutor.
Mr. Pribble has defended all types of criminal offenses in Florida's state courts, at the trial level, on appeal, and in the postconviction context. Whether charged with a violent crime, drug crime, sex crime, manslaughter, murder, DUI, domestic battery, or a complex financial crimes case, Mr. Pribble's experience and litigation skills will be invaluable for your defense.
